I'm examining Europe's top clubs based on results, budgets, and squad value, particularly focusing on Arsenal under Arteta. They have impressive metrics and a strong defense this season. However, despite their current sporting strength, historically they haven't reached the same continental level as giants like Bayern, Real Madrid, or Liverpool due to lack of European silverware. To be recognized, they really need to make deep runs in the UCL and secure significant titles.
